Fundamentally solid and MBA educated, I bring a solutions based approach to coaching - I don't rely on one way of doing things, or lean too much into theory. I've continually applied myself to learn and obtained certifications in coaching, personal development, and agile principles. These credentials, coupled with my experience, enable me to offer tailored strategies to help you achieve the results you are after.
In addition, I have also attended executive development courses from Columbia University, Stanford, and Harvard. This was part of my roles as Head of Global Talent, where I designed and ran development programs for global executives.


A bit more about me
An Australian with Asian heritage, I grew up in Sydney and started working for a large gas company. Shortly after completing my MBA in 2006, I moved to Japan as a group manager of the logistics function before expanding my role a couple of years later to cover the Asia-Pacific region. I then jumped out of my comfort zone and made a career change into consultancy and people development, which led to me holding roles of "Global Head of Talent" for one of the world's largest food companies and later, a multi-sector MNC that has a number of well-known automotive and food brands under its portfolio.
Because of my mixed business and people development background, I am able to relate to leaders on a deeper level as I also have senior leadership experience. Because of that background, I have successfully coached and advised executives globally, with credibility that goes beyond the surface level. I have also developed global performance-focused leadership programs, ran succession planning for high level leaders, and ran multiple workshops on leadership, personal growth, and future skills. In addition, I also launched "Agile" to accelerate innovation for a large MNC, held the role of "Dean" of a French MBA program for a year, and, as of typing, am implementing AI across multiple functions to help teams add further value to what they do. As such, I am someone who continually looks for ways to evolve, and embraces technology as a partner to help me along the way.
Outside of the coaching and technology side, I like to meet friends, work out, read in a café, and go to "onsen" to relax. I also teach "energy healing" now and then, and have experienced amazing things happen through energy that cannot be explained logically. In terms of my guiding principles, I commit to live my life through kindness, through respect for others and myself, and commit myself to continually learning, and evolving as a person.


Aside from being a coach, I also run workshops in multiple areas and professional certify others as coaches and trainers

I'll guide you in identifying and implementing innovative strategies, some you may have considered but not acted upon, and others that may be entirely new. Embracing an Agile mindset – defining clear goals, taking focused action, and adapting along the way – is essential for achieving real and sustainable breakthroughs in today's rapidly evolving landscape.


My approach is developed from years of experience coaching leaders, complemented by certifications, executive courses, and mentorship from senior leaders across the globe. I've also learnt from my own successes and mistakes, through my own experience being a senior leader in MNCs, and through leading teams across different cultures and backgrounds. I combine all these elements to help you get results that goes beyond the surface level.
